Wow, what a fabulous pub restaurant! The food, ambiance, menu, drinks, service, everything actually! Loads of parking and outdoor seating.
Gareth, don’t change a thing, you and the staff are so good at what you do, we couldn’t help but notice the lovely mix of diners at tables in the restaurant and bar, together with locals having a drink and chat, quintessential British pub!
Sue, thank you for such amazingly attentive service and just for your wonderfully sunny nature, you are lovely!

Premier Inn Telford North hotel

Fairly typical Premier Inn, room clean, well maintained. One ongoing criticism is the duvets are far too heavy for summer and the ridiculous health and safety measures that mean windows open sufficiently far.

Although the restaurant isn't actually "part of the hotel" I have to say that although breakfast was fine dinner service was slow and at least one item (kids desert) was not as described on the menu, but the issue was well resolved by the waitress. Choice was nothing like as wide as at a Beefeater and given my experience next time I would note take the meal deal and eat elsewhere instead, even if it cost a little more.

Nearby activities: Close to Hoo Zoo which is a great day out especially for children that are into dinosaurs!

Been going every week, popping in to get tea. Nice friendly greeting and quick service. Proper nice traditional chippy. It may not have current trends like big meal boxes etc, But you get good value and excellent food just like you remember.... Hard to find a good chippy, well not any more. Enjoy. ?

Came in for a drink and to play some pool, such a chilled vibe, staff was very nice, especially Patricia, very lovely girl, didn’t have food but it looked and smelled amazing! Highly recommend!

Good quality plants today, very tempting.....
Wanted some compost but think it was expensive.
Another visit today, husband bought some Pavers shoes, there was a sale of up to 30% off on some shoes. Friendly member of staff, Linda was very helpful . When my husband found size 9 too big she found size 8 for him to try, unfortunately these were too small but Linda suggested using leather insoles which solved the problem. Thank you Linda
On today's visit (03/09/24) I was surprised to see lovely colourful plants for sale on such a dreary day, mainly As there's and Cyclamen

Not very busy, the exit was a bit confusing as it said No exit but you had to turn left to get to the main road. Did not have any markings on the road to make it clearer.

I have been coming to Shanghai Star for over 10tears I always receive very good service over the phone when placing my orders. They give you a time to collect and it’s usually ready within that time.The food is freshly cooked at time of order and On collection of my takeaway, it is ready within minutes of arriving. Fresh hot and delicious always.
