12 Moat St, BridgnorthWe went to Saros for the first time on Saturday 31st August 2024. Very busy. Starters and main courses were excellent. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for table, but the food and friendly service made up for that. They were also busy with takeaways. Very popular and highly recommended. Will definitely go again. Best to book in advance. No parking, but parking 5 minutes walk away. Hidden gem.

84-85 High St, BridgnorthI had the shredded duck pancakes. My sister had vegan ramen without eggs. We both had Vegan Sushi Lover, which was a sushi platter. We were told that Vegan and meat were made in separate kitchens. But there is a time issue. Staff kept on updating us on how long it was going to take. The food we chose from Kisu Kisu, there is no chilli or spice. So you can add your own.

I’m a lorry driver and wound up stuck in Bridgnorth for the night and the lady I spoke to on the phone couldn’t be more helpful in getting food delivered to me.
On top of that they chucked in some cutlery for me incase I didn’t have any!
Food was really nice as well!
I can’t speak highly enough of the service.

24 High St, BridgnorthWell what a pleasure it was to visit yesterday with my elderly Mother. I ordered a Salted caramel latte and my mother had an decaf coffee they were delicious. Ethan was so pleasant and helpful he had a wonderful warm welcome for us both. The shop got very busy at 1 point and being on his own he was calm efficient but most Importantly smiling and his customer service was 5 star ⭐️ For such a young man it was refreshing it see. He is a credit to your store.

20 Listley St, BridgnorthWe had a takeaway last Saturday and it was delicious. The duck in plum sauce was lovely, I only wish I didn’t agree to share it. On quite a few occasions in the past however, our prawn crackers have been missing but they do rectify it. My only criticism is the customer service on the phone. They answer the phone, then put you on hold whilst they serve customers in the shop. When they get back on the phone they are very distracted and you have to double check the order as they haven’t heard you. I think once they answer the phone, they should stay on the phone. Apart from that though the food is lovely so I can cope with the phone call ?

69 Whitburn St, BridgnorthWe visit here every now and then for breakfast. It's a cosy cafe which is tastefully decorated. The breakfast is excellent and, with a pot of tea, comes to roughly £10. This is a good breakfast and includes toast and marmalade. Lovely staff who are friendly and very prompt. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Tho it’s a bit dry so I tried my curry sauce with it-NOPE I don’t like it personally-It was a lil less sweet and a lil too much spice to it, also kinda watery too?Not bad tho I’m still eating itMy partners chow mien tasted burnt from likely the char grill but I’m not sure I didn’t try it. No complaints on the chicken ballsI’d give it a 6/10 honestly! Not bad but not amazing!Lovely staff tho!!

The Winding House Tea Rooms
6 Castle Terrace, BridgnorthLovely little tea room at the cliff railway. Perfect viewing for the railway cars and inside the tea room you can see the mechanical workings through the window. Plus fantastic views over the wall. Felt like we were in a secret garden surrounded by the plants and inquisitive bumble bees.
Enjoyed a cuppa and a delicious toasted sandwich and salad sat in the sunshine.
My only criticism would be a request for more umbrellas outside as there was very little shade and only 2 tables in the sun with umbrellas.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair was easy to park and when we was eating our meal the heavens opened up and Mark the owner rushed out with a cloth to dry my electric scooter which I had left in an uncovered area . Lovely staff so friendly lovely food . It is our favourite place and often take freinds and family. It's like visiting old friends.

3A St Johns St, BridgnorthOur first visit here. The decor was very interesting lots of old headgear on the walls. We were there early evening about 6.30 but told we had to leave by 8. Not a problem for us but it may be for some. There were plenty of empty tables which was a surprise as it was their specials night. The food was not your typical Indian food and it took us ages to decide what to have, which I think annoyed the waiter a little. The food was very interesting and we would definitely go back again.
Parking: Keep your parking ticket and the restaurant will refund it when you eat there.

Graze in Bridgnorth
65 St Marys St, BridgnorthWe recently ordered a takeaway from here: a Simply Vegan burger (made vegetarian instead by request—actually offered by the man), a Hashtag Vegan burger and vegan nuggets with chips. It was absolutely delicious. We'd come to the area for a few days away, and it's fair to say that the choices for vegans are quite limited. But Graze was a real find. The man we spoke to (he was also cooking and possibly the owner) was very accommodating and friendly. Easy to park when collecting the takeaway.
The food was very fresh and prepared with great attention to detail. Even the little side salad wasn't just limp lettuce but a fresh mix with tomato, peppers, lettuce and cucumber drizzled in balsamic. The buns were super fresh. Couldn't fault anything and the prices were reasonable for the quality. It would outshine the competition if it were in a major city centre. We're coming back over Christmas and New Year. Graze is on our list. Already looking forward to it.
Regarding the negative reviews, it's as if they're describing a completely different place. If you read through them, you'll notice they're quite inconsistent and unfair too. Just look at the reviews they have left for other places. They clearly don’t run a small business working hard. Don't let them put you off. You won't regret trying Graze, especially if you're a vegetarian or vegan.
