Buchan Wy, PeterheadWhy is this place not packed out? I know there’s been issues in the past here but the team have turned it around and are producing lovely meals. I’ve been many, many times over recent months and it just keeps improving. The food was always good but often there was quite a wait for the food to come. Now though, serving times have sped up and one doesn’t have to wait too long for food. All staff pleasant and courteous. My wife and I just can’t fault it. We mentioned a hot sauce on one dish and doubted we would like it and the manager came with a small sample for us to taste and we were right, it was too hot. It just shows that they will go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction.

West Pier, PeterheadA unique dining experience, right on the quayside beside the fishing boats. Excellent fish or seafood and chips, although the the quantity of fish could be more generous. Good atmosphere, always pretty busy, great staff, and a massive shark's head coming out of the wall to get you! A great touch!

Longside Rd, PeterheadThe wife and I love having a walk around the old railway, through the wood etc and it just happens that this wonderful place is right in the middle of it all.Café Ninteteen has a great menu. Plenty of things to munch on. Everything we've had from there has been nice and fresh. I particularly love their soups. Nothing amazing, but it really hits the spot. Especially if you double up with one of their lovely pieces.There's plenty of parking space etc. Nothing to worry there. Though, the place does get a little busy so if you're making plans to go. It may be best to book a table first.

Catto Dr, PeterheadWe switched to Fishbook chip shop in Peterhead from a well-known place in town because we were fed up with waiting 45 minutes to an hour for our meals. We are definitely glad we did! Fishbook is probably the best chipper in Peterhead. The selection of fish they have is great. The food is always cooked perfectly, and it tastes amazing. We have never regretted switching to Fishbook. Highly recommend!

Station Rd, Cruden Bay, PeterheadOrdered the basic chicken curry and chips to see how that was, as a guage lol. It was very good, tasty and nice and hot (temperature not spicy). Randomly had mushrooms in it, rather than peas but still tasted good. Order was ready early, bonus! Its a bit pricey but so is everything nowadays ?. Well done. I will try another dish next time for my review.

73 Clerkhill Rd, PeterheadGo here quite often. You get both fish and chips and Chinese takeaway. Have tried both and can’t complain. The shop looks clean and tidy, the staff are pleasant and the food is good. Portion sizes are good and the prices are very reasonable compared to other chip shops in Peterhead.

Thank you to all the people we met for making us feel so welcome.

I wasn't asked how we wanted the scampi, I assumed it was battered because all previous visits it has been..well this time it wasn't and tasted like frozen breaded scampi inside and the portion sizes are ridiculous for the prices.

14-16 Broad St, PeterheadMy husband had a coffee and a Maltese tray bake. I had a hot chocolate and a lovely apple n cinnamon scone, my sister also had a hot chocolate and a coconut tray bake. We all really enjoyed our cakes and the staff are really welcoming and very helpful. It a lovely café and we will definitely be back the next time we come to Peterhead.

Lots of other Bakery products, and all competitively priced.Service can be a hit or a miss, with the more mature assistants stopping half way through serving you to catch up on the latest gossip, I even stopped going for a while because of the poor service. If I was marking it on their service it would be 1 star!The other less mature assistants they now have a great asset, serving you professionally and quickly.
