HS-1 Cafe Bar serves amazing food in a lovely atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and kind, and the service is excellent. The menu offers a good plate full of food, including the generously served seafood pot with mussels, cockles, and Monk fish. Although options are limited for vegetarians, the cafe is one of the nicer places to eat in Stornoway. Prices are quite expensive, with wine starting at around £10 a glass. Be prepared for a wait as the cafe gets very busy, but the staff will take your name and number and notify you when a table is ready.
