The Three Reasons

Went for lunch with friends on thier recommendation. Was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful old styled pub with some of the best food in largs. Always service with a smile and the staff are always there to help you out, prices are good for the quality of food (especially the stake pie lol ) been back a few times and will continue too.

Vegetarian options: Don't know I'm a carnivore...

Tinto Tapas Bar

The staff is very kind, but the paella ? is not authentic. It's more like a seafood rice dish, closer to risotto than true paella.

The only disappointment during our dinner was the salad, which had unwashed leaves with sand on them. I informed the waitress, and she replaced it with some tasty olives ?.

Overall, I'd rate the experience 4 stars out of 5

Bagel Basket

Was in on Wednesday morning got 2 breakfast two lattes breakfast was deliciou. Staff very friendly and welcoming would highly recommend Will definitely be back when back in Largs

Koh I Noor

Best indian takeaway in Largs and East Ayrshire. Best service and family runed. You can see the love they put into the service a the traditional food they serve. Would recommend to anyone visiting Largs

Deli il Cardo

This was our 1st time in Deli il cardo we met up with family who live in Largs they have been many times.
what a lovely place very nice atmosphere food was lovely Great Choice of food and soups. Good value Staff were lovely Definitely return next time in Largs.

Just would like to say me and my partner popped in here for lunch today and the food was amazing the staff were super friendly and we will definitely be going here again would highly recommend to others. Mark & Kirsty ❤️

Allegria Eatery

A great restaurant. We don’t often go to Italian restaurants but I couldn’t fault this one. The garlic mushroom starter was particularly delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing. A tad on the expensive side but I guess everywhere is these days. Top notch place and will definitely return if I ever find myself in Largs again.

The George

This was my first time trying this place, a pub in Largs. I went with my sister who has been several times before as she rates it so much. Having tried it, I agree, it's worth the trip. She ordered the chicken with Stornoway black pudding in peppercorn sauce, potatoes and vegetables, as a small plate. The portion was a good size even for the small plate and as my sister stated it tasted as great as any other time she has had it. I ordered the steak and sausage pie, with potatoes and vegetables, as a small plate. It was cooked to perfection, it tasted fantastic. We had also ordered the special of the day, a portion of haggis loaded fries with cheese and peppercorn sauce, although we were both stuff from our main meals, we couldn't help but agree that the loaded fries were amazing and would have been perfect as a stand alone meal. There was music playing in the background of quite a variety of genres and it was a nice mildly lit area by a big window that let in plenty of light in as well, there was lots of seating and it became busier into lunch time, and retained a great atmosphere the whole time. Would definitely recommend going a wee trip here if you aren't particularly local to it.

Nardini at the Moorings

We went a wee donner down to Largs last week and ended up visiting Nardinis Cafe. Not Nardini's at the moorings as previously posted. I had a traditional fish tea, and hubby had a wee salmon & prawn sandwich, which went down a treat. An unexpected visit but a lovely day out

Drouthy Neebors

Whenever I visit Largs I always make a point of calling in at Drouthy Neebors, great atmosphere, good value tasty food.... unfortunately 2nd night I was there the chef was off...but I'll be back, great pub.

Sharps Largs

I had my 50th birthday in Sharps last night. Excellent venue and the buffet was all prepared fresh and great value for money. The staff went out their way to make sure everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble, they even decorated the function room before I arrived.

Barbeque Kings Largs

Fantastic service, ordered from here many times only ever had one slight mistake with the order, phoned the shop, sorted right away, couldn’t have been more accommodating. 5 star service! Will definitely keep coming back!

Mccabes

Ye Olde Anchor Inn

We didn't eat in Ye Olde Anchor, but sat for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. The Inn is homely and welcoming and there was a coal fire burning adding to the atmosphere.

Geraldo's, Largs

The shop was beautiful and the young man very polite and attentive. The ice cream was really nice. The vanilla ice cream I always try first as that is a classic. Well done.
