Kirkton, KyleCame to Glenelg Inn for their Sunday roast, which was venison with all the trimmings. It was beautifully cooked and delicious. The £22 price point was a bit steep but I’m guessing that’s because it’s venison. Inside, the Inn is cosy with a roaring fire and Scottish music playing. A beautiful location too with amazing scenery.One thing to note is that their opening hours on here are wrong, as it lists them as closed during Sunday lunch.

Railway Buildings, Kyle of Lochalsh, KyleWonderful seafood restaurant, we have visited on many occasions, food is always wonderful. Took some friends from France this time, everything was excellent. Friendly, cosy and excellent service.

Old Post Office House B&B
Reraig House, Balmacara, Of Lochalsh, KyleStayed here for 2 days. Friendly, clean well run b&b. Paul was good for Imformation and tips for what to do in the local area. Breakfast was excellent. Great view from our room. Only about 3.5 miles to skye Bridge. Would stay here again.stay here again.

S Obbe Rd, Kyleakin, Isle of SkyeStopped here for lunch which was very good. Soup and chips all lovely washed down with a refreshing beer. Great views of the Skye Bridge too from this restaurant.

Glenmoriston, InvernessFantastic experience, the venue, the staff and the food are great. It is pricey but the quality is there and considering the location, it makes sense. Deers often hang around.
