Ratho Park
101 Dalmahoy Rd, Kirknewtongreat food, great atmosphere, great service, acceptable prices, AMAZING music, just overall good vibes!
fairly cheap for a good quality carvery although their meals are a little more expensive than for example wetherspoons, but i think the atmosphere makes up for it
guitars all over the walls, feels like a 60’s-70’s american diner them with many classic songs playing, banish artwork on canvas prints around the walls
just a great place to go out for a wee meal or drink

A71, Edinburgh, KirknewtonNice food, great prices and friendly staff. Had a carvery and a few drinks on New Years Eve before heading into the city in the bus for the Hogmanay party. No frills, family orientated restaurant.

Marmaris Inn Takeaway
38 Main St, KirknewtonMy 4 year old came in with my boyfriend and told them they were picking me up from work, he was given pizza dough, tomato sauce for the base and cheese so we could make a pizza together! I loved every minute of this and can only thank you for the experience and amazing tasting pizza!! Even if we do say so ourselves.

The Pentland Restaurant
A71, Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club, Edinburgh, KirknewtonI certainly enjoyed every bit of my stay at the Dalmahoy Hotel. At the Pentland I loved the food variety, specially dinner service. Breakfast is a little limited but with busy crowds it works well. Generally most staff are friendly & helpful. All Soups are absolutely superb! I loved it. Big thanks to Ms. Louise was my host at dinner last night she was genuinely nice & friendly. Thanks to everyone for making it a great experience.

Café Party
Jupiter Artland Bonnington House Steadings, Wilkieston, EdinburghVery nice cafe with delicious food. Although it’s busy needs more staff. They looked overworked and disorganised. The only way into the cafe is usually blocked by a big stand and people are constantly stepping on each others feet. Cafe’s decor is eccentric with real flowers on each table. The attention to detail is there but nothing is accommodating for children. I had a 3 year old niece with me and no one asked if we needed a high chair or something to occupy her with.
