Scarecrow Bar & Grill
2 Main St, Kilsyth, GlasgowSunday dinner treat @ The Scarecrow Bar & Grill is a must. The Sunday roast ( I chose the ham) was excellent. Ample serving too. This place deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff are so polite & attentive without being in your face. Thank you to the owner Andy for the 20% discount. So kind of you. So lucky to have such an excellent local place to eat, relax & enjoy. ?

Himali Indian Restaurant Kilsyth
7 Market St, Kilsyth, GlasgowWe ate in here on a whim after a long day of work in the garden. We had worked up an appetite, and I'm glad we had as the food was plentiful and delicious. The staff were lovely and attentive and the small restaurant was busy. We don't get time away from the kids often so I'm glad we came to such a nice place. We'll be ordering takeaway from here soon I'm sure.

The Coachman
4 Parkfoot St, Kilsyth, GlasgowDined here today (22/09/2024.)
Very nice decor inside the restaurant and the food was good and piping hot.
My only critique would be that the music volume level could have been reduced slightly as I struggled to hear the people I was sitting with speak.

The Boathouse Hotel Bar & Restaurant
Auchinstarry Marina Auchinstarry, Auchinstarry, GlasgowStopped off at the Boathouse on our 10 day Road trip around Scotland, this is a lovely find in a beautiful location overlooking the canal marina, close to the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel and Stirling Castle, the rooms are a little tired, but I believe it's under new ownership recently everything takes time, so I'm sure these will be freshened as they go. Staff Friendly and Breakfast on both days no complaints. All the best for the future in the new business.
