Tony Macaroni Silverburn is a family-friendly restaurant that offers amazing food, according to the reviews. The staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially towards a 3-year-old grandson. The food was delicious, better than at some other Tony Macaroni locations. However, the sundaes were not as good, with more whipped cream than ice cream and not enough sauce. The service was a bit slow, and the restaurant now adds a service charge, which some customers found off-putting. Additionally, the seating arrangement, with COVID-19 plastic screens dividing tables, made some customers feel like they were sitting with strangers in an empty restaurant.
