Costa Coffee is a welcoming coffee shop. The staff, particularly the two ladies and a young girl who served, are full of energy and smiles, making customers feel treated like the only one there. The atmosphere is perfect, and the food is good. However, the coffee shop may look a bit dated, and cleanliness could be improved, especially with the trays used for sit-in customers and the tea pots. Overall, it is a pleasant experience, but a bit overpriced.
