Restaurants in Dingwall

Miss Ying Thai Food & Shop
16 Tulloch St, DingwallHad a very disappointing meal at a Japanese restaurant in Isle of Skye, so glad that we’ve found this little Thai restaurant in Dingwall. Food was absolutely amazing and reasonable price. The restaurant was very busy as it’s Saturday evening and there were lots of tourists, but the girl at the front remained calm and served everyone nicely.

Highland Farm Cafe
Highland Farm Cafe, Mountgerald, DingwallThe fruit scone with clotted cream and jam was delicious. The strawberry tart was also quite good. My wife really enjoyed her mocha. The staff were all nice and friendly. Decent sized and accessible parking lot. Would definitely recommend a stop here, you’ll get some great views as well!

Batty's Baps ltd cafe
35-36 High St, DingwallLovely coffee. Cinnamon latte is delicious. Went with my partner and assistance dog in training. The waitress was lovely and said that she knows the dog is working but would I like some chicken to give to him when it’s ok? Such a lovely touch and thank you to her for being so respectful with him (lots of people will just pet him). 10/10

CHILLI MASALA
4 High St, DingwallWas here last night, and was surprised to see a fair few diners out on a Monday, I wasn't surprised for long!
3 of us had dinner, mixed kebabs and a chicken pakora to start, delicious, tender and great flavour. I had a bhuna, there was a rogan and a biriyani between us. Special rice and a garlic naan. Best Indian meal I can remember, every morsel consumed gladly between the 3 of us, a large cobra lager each and £100 all in.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant, simple decor, nice ambience, polite and friendly service, clean, and the most important a delicious dinner in my home town. Fair play guys and thanks. ?

The Storehouse
Foulis Ferry, Evanton, DingwallStopped here after a sesrch on Google. What a lovely find - so much more than expected. Food is lovely - had a warm crossent with goats cheese, caramilised onion and mushroom. Tasted sooo good. Cup of tea with bit of fudge on side. Hubby had cake - chocolate with a custard like filling and an Irnbru. There is a lake beside the cafe grounds and you can sit in the tented area and be warm but still enjoy the outside. There are some shopping areas and artist/local makers gallery/shop. Visit if you can - so worth it. Dogs can come too but nerd to be on their best behaviour. Wheelchair accessable too.

Pronto Pizza
7 Mayfield, DingwallLovely, tasty pizza made fresh to order. Lovely service from the friendly man. I don't often recommend places to eat but would definitely recommend here.
Vegetarian options: You can make up your own toppings for the pizza, I had mushroom, onion and green chilli (it was delicious ?) but there were plenty of other ingredients to choose from.

Conon Bridge Chip Shop/Chinese
High St, Conon Bridge, DingwallIn Germany we would say “chinese fries shop”, but without fries. There is a wide variety of Chinese food here, from chicken to duck to prawns. It's a take and away, so the ambience is only three stars.
