15 Busby Rd, Carmunnock, GlasgowNice clean cafe. Friendly welcome, prompt service. Really enjoyed our banana/nutella toastie and toasted bagel with sausage and caramelised onion. Definitely worth a visit before or after a walk round the nearby Cathkin Braes Country Park.

677 Clarkston Rd, GlasgowThis was our local cafe growing up, back then formica tables and a jukebox. When down memory lane and decided to pop in for a cuppa and cake. It was great, but disappointed with the service. Stood at the wait to be seated sign and was generally ignored for 5 minutes. Even if they had acknowledged that we were there instead of ignoring us. We did ask for warm milk to go with one of the coffees but never arrived. The scone and empire biscuit was lovely.

16, The Toll, Busby Rd, Clarkston, GlasgowI live locally and am so happy to have such a great place nearby. Their food is absolutely delicious, really great coffee, lovely staff and the best rocky road I've ever had! You sometimes have to wait a wee while for your food, but it's always worth it. Would highly recommend!

76 Busby Rd, Clarkston, GlasgowI've not been in here for nearly two years and so was not surprised to see unfamiliar staff, it is the sort of place where people come and people go. Nice people here now though, not overly chatty but pleasant. There was a new type of bread as an option - it is nice to see a bit of variety - but the standard deals were all there, which is good for me as I almost always choose the same thing. This location only has a few spaces to eat inside, standing at the window, with no seating as it is too small for all of that. However, just 30 seconds up the road is a nice bench - or there is a local park space across the road near the library. Both good options when it is not raining. I'd avoid standard lunch-times at this location as schoolkids are regulars and the queue can get to impressive standards. We arrived around 13:30 and that was all done with. Good food, good choices and a good price - what is not to love!
