Tillie Bar & Bistro

Lovely little place. The food is fresh made to order so it takes longer to come out but that is no problem as the food is fantastic. Had a gluten free macaroni cheese and a meat feast pizza which were both great. Great service too.

Kona Carluke

I've only stopped in for hot drinks but they've been some of the best I've ever had! Highly recommend if you're in the area. Alternative milks available as well.

This is a great wee cafe with excellent food & service from Connor & his staff & the fact that Connor does the home baking himself is why I have given the Bake House 5 star's. We'll deserved.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.

The Railway Inn

Visited, after a very nice loop walk, Carluke down along the Clyde walkway to Crossford and up to Braidwood and along back to Carluke.Anyway back to the Railway Inn, football was on but had quick and friendly service from bar staff, and the locals were more than welcoming so 5 out of 5 from me.Defo be back

Parking: Restaurant is on a busy road..Park in the supermarket carpark and a short walk. But you only have an hour and a half parking..Be careful..

Valley View At Gouldings

WOW just WOW! Attended this winter wonderland today & omg employee on reception done the most amazing and wonderful thing for our non verbal autistic daughter he used makaton to tell her to “have a good day” this has NEVER happened before. I’m not ashamed to say we cried it was so special and our daughter signed back “thank you” I never got the young boys name but omg it’s something I’ll never forget & will 100% be back next year. So much to see & the price when you get a wee free hot choc & goes on the shows it was fab! Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Day out & Please let your wonderful employee know how kind & amazing his gesture was. We were there at 9:10am and were told to ask for “Dave” as he can also sign when seeing Santa. So overwhelmed & grateful for your staff and going that extra mile. Have a great Christmas ❤️

Prego Restaurant Carluke

Been a customer here for many years and always enjoy a warm welcome and great food from Roger and his team. But must say the last 2 times we have been the food has been elevated to the next level. Innovative specials with the highlight of monkfish and king prawn perfectly cooked and the outstanding pistachio tiramisu. This is why we keep coming back. Thanks guys.

Used Sahara for our 18th Party. From ordering to delivering no problem. Food was delivered on time also hot and people complimented on how tasty food was. Definitely recommend for a function ☆☆☆☆☆

The Buttery Coffee Shop

During the Christmas season it, like many of the coffee shops in the Clyde valley, has been very busy. At least a twenty minute wait. Even so, it’s a great coffee shop and worth the weight. Inside the decor and ambience easily makes it the best coffee shop in the whole of the Clyde Valley. The food, the staff and the overall atmosphere is excellent. We keep going back which must be a sign that we like the place.

The Kirkton Inn - Carluke

On all occasions when we have gone the food has been excellent with a good variety and all home cooked with a friendly service from staff and very helpful. Highly recommend it

Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian options and it is very tasty.

Kid-friendliness: Any time we have gone in it has been a very friendly welcome and are very helpful when approaching.

Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is disabled and the Access is good and the staff are very helpful if and when needed.

Clyde Walkway Cafe

A group of us were walking with our dog along the Clyde Walkway and we needed some lunch. The cafe was very welcoming, including to Meg the Labrador (water was provided and biscuits were offered.) We enjoyed our soup and sandwiches, the prices were reasonable, and the facilities were clean. Well done to the friendly and helpful people working there!

The Silver Birch Coffee Shop

Beautifully presented Christmas collection and ornaments etc. Lovely to see but would need a very large house for a lot of the trees , garlands etc. Very expensive for most items. Toilets only available in the cafe which wasn’t very practical as there was a long queue outside which was not very practical in the pouring rain, so just abandoned the idea.

Clarks The Bakers

Always sit into Clarks, tasty breakfast roll tatty scone. Coffee is delicious and so are the toasties. My mother-in-law loves it as well. The staff are very friendly and lovely

Mr Rice carluke

Group of us put in a massive post-Christmas party order in. What can I say? Outstanding! The curry, ribs, salt and pepper munchie box, chicken baws, chow mein… all of it was unbelievable! I’m actually considering relocating to Carluke, just to be nearer this absolute gem. Yer man Rice is putting the town on the map.

Capital Inn Carluke

The stand waiters ?‍♀️ are enthusiastic, the kitchen is clean and tidy, and the food is fresh and delicious. I recommend everyone to taste the delicious food of Kyoto Hotel ???

You can get a really good cup of coffee at a reasonable price and nice healthy sandwiches and a nice smile from the people behind the counter and that makes my day .

The Oven at Overton Farm

Lovely place to eat. Food was delicious. Nice portion size and very fresh. Good value for money. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be visiting again

I took one star off because a member of staff will quite rude to me and skammed my food on the counter, also very impatient, wish I got her name, blonde hair and glasses. However the other staff are always friendly and the food is amazing. Great choices and really clean place.

Tandoori Palace Carluke

I have been a customer at the Tandoori Palace since moving to Law village 26 years ago.
Never had a bad meal or reason to complain. Definitely recommend.

Portion sizes reducing and prices going up!The food however is very good and the service is great. Chi Ken tika kebabs are superb and love the Pizza, make it crispy on the bottom while still juicey on top. ????But!I Still can't understand why we need to pay for a paper bag to take your food away. It's only plastic bags you need to pay extra for so this doesn't seem right.Making a fortune just from the bags they sell now. ???

China Chef (Curry House)

The special chow mein was very good, the garlic and chilli chicken balls not so good, very greasy and lacked something.overall the food is fine. I would eat from here again.

Asia Tandoori

We ordered the south Indian garlic chilli pizza last night and it was delivered within 30 mins. Really fresh and tasty would highly recommend if you like spicy. We ordered the prawn pakora ages ago aswell and it was absolutely fantastic. Not a thing I would normally get to takeaway but we all fought over the last piece it was that good. Definitely would order again

Subway

Three footlong sandwiches for £11; teatime deal. The girl serving was a credit to the company. I got two sandwiches with meat and one vegetarian, I noted that she changed her gloves every time that she handled the meat sandwiches before preparing and wrapping the vegetarian one. Great hygiene practice.
