The Ship Restaurant
2 Bruce St, Kinghorn, BurntislandCelebrated a big 0 birthday at the ship with family and friends on 30th August. I was blown away with the private room which was decorated tastefully. The food choices were extensive and the food was delicious. Special mention to Rowan who went all out to ensure that the evening went without a hitch and that all our needs were met. Would highly recommend for a special event or any other occasion.

Horizons Restaurant
Pettycur Bay Holiday Park, Burntisland Road, KinghornHad a beautiful meal with very friendly and attentive staff. My only criticism is that it's a big overpriced, but the food portions were quite large, not quite USA sized, but more than enough pet person.
Gorgeous view out across the forth from most tables.
Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Some designated parking spots near the entrance so access would be very easy if you were able to obtain one of those, but if not it could be tricky as built on a steep hill with parking above and below. Okay if you have a motorised wheelchair but if you are pushing good luck !

Fortune House
10 Rossland Pl, Kinghorn, BurntislandSpecial mention to the little boy with his little shop. I have bad social anxiety and he talked to me the whole time and was showing me his toys. It made me feel less anxious and really cheered me up. Food was great, generous portion sizes and fast service :)

Romano's Fish Bar
144A High St, BurntislandLovely fish and chips supper and Mixed kebab ?. Portions are proper size and everyone has full bellies afterwards. Nobody complained , too busy munching. Naan Bread could be a bit bigger with Mixed kebab, but I think it would not fit into the take away box provided, so paper wrap maybe ? with big naan bread ,but it's just me. Quick service at the till , very friendly. The place looks refurbished and tidy. Will probably buy again if in the area.
