The Lodge at Lochside is an absolutely fantastic wee place that offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds, good-sized bathrooms, and lovely views. The TV has a full selection of channels, and the lounge room provides a cosy area for relaxing and preparing breakfast. The staff are described as really lovely and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. While there was an issue with the shower temperature, the overall experience is praised as perfect. Guests feel very safe in the well-lit and secure area. The on-site cafe is great, with lovely dogs, and the Friday night dinner is delicious. The buffet-style breakfast provides plenty of choice.
