As always the staff were full of smiles and friendly too.

Queen Of The Loch
Old Luss Rd, Balloch, AlexandriaA nice place to go, especially with dogs as it is not only welcoming, but has dog bowls, water and a selection of biscuits and treats. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, food is what you would expect, with a good menu and well priced. Would go again.

We have changed takeaways to this place and have since ordered twice tonight got a pizza and the loaded Nan which was amazing. Would highly recommendthe loaded Nan. Staff taking the order was very efficient and so has been the delivery drivers. Thanks for a great meal again. We have finally found a great takeaway.

U34, 139 Main St, AlexandriaGreggs in Alexandria is a great place. I love their cheese and bacon croissant and the coffee ain't half bad either, but it's the staff in this shop that makes it. Helpful, knowledgable and always cheerful and greet you with a huge smile.

7-9 Main St, AlexandriaAlways order vegetarian curries, namely spinach and potato or bhuna and very tasty and decent portions. Curry comes with a lovely fried rice. My husband always has chicken korma which he thoroughly enjoys. Its our go to local Indian without hesitation.

Tullichewan Rd, バーロッホ Balloch, AlexandriaJust got a fish supper here and it was bloody excellent! Best fish supper I've had in a long time! 2 large bits of fish, with chips for £9. Well worth it. Fish was delicious, with crispy batter. Thoroughly recommended.

We couldn't believe the quality and quantity for the price we paid.Greeted by a warm and helpful lady at the counter and had a short chat with one of the pizza chefs.The Chicken Tikka was to die for along with the Rogan Josh. This fine establishment deserves better than a 3.5 star rating.

The premises are wheelchair accessible and there is some unrestricted on street parking outside. From the start Rebecca, David and the team were fantastic and very amenable to all our endless questions! Any request was listened to and ultimately delivered brilliantly on the day. Nothing was too much trouble.
Even though it rained nearly all day, the team made sure everything was to our vision and ran smoothly. All our guests have said what a stunning venue it is and how amazing the food was.
We’re so glad we picked The Cruin and we can’t thank you all enough for the most beautiful wedding day. It was everything we wanted and more.

The New Lakeside Takeaway

These guys do takeaway only, but they outshine all the other places in Balloch and Alexandria, I've been to almost all of them. So if you want something tasty, this is the place for you. The Lounge at Loch Lomond
Balloch Rd, Balloch, AlexandriaSpur of the moment decision to come into the Lounge on Mother’s Day at approx 4pm. Didn’t really expect to get a table as we hadn’t booked but the waitress was happy to accommodate us and made us feel welcome from the get go. We were seated in a booth and the young waiter who brought our drinks over took our order kindly brought crayons and paper for the wee man without us asking for it. It was obviously quite busy and a singer was playing. Good relaxed family vibe. I had the steak pie and my mum had the chicken and leek pie. Exceeded our expectations. The kids menu was varied enough. He had pasta which he ate and licked the plate. We both had the hot chocolate fudge cake and the weeman had ice cream. Food was definitely fresh and tasted really nice. The delivery time was perfect too, I was told 30 mins and it was exactly around 30 mins! I will be using these guys again whenever I am in the area.
