11 High St, Airdrie6 months ago the misses and me were planning a trip to Schotland (we live in the Netherlands) and saw an advertisement for the most delicious burgers in Schotland. So we booked a BnB in Airdrie and off we went.
On a serious note, the burgers taste great, the loaded fries tasted good and the staff were super friendly and gave us some good advice on were to go during our stay.
So if u are in the neighbourhood i'd say check them out. 10/10 would recommend!

I kind of don't want to tell anyone about it cos it's an absolute jewel!
We ordered from the pre-theatre menu. It's hard to find many restaurants anywhere who still do this and it was perfect for us.
The meal was substantial enough and very tasty. I had chicken Tikka chasni and my cousin had the chicken tikka. We ordered 1 of each of peshawari naan bread and rice and we shared them between us. We both wanted each but we knew it was way too much and we would struggle to eat it all.
The service was spot on, especially considering there was 1 waiter on and the restaurant was busy.
We'll be back next time we're in Airdrie. It has been such a long time since we had such lovely food and great value for our money. £33 with drinks for both of us... that's so unheard of for a 3 course meal in this day of the greedy proprietors.
Well done Razias! No one even comes near you for value for money, service and just the right portion size.

4 Motherwell St, AirdrieBeen coming to TJ's for as long as I can remember. It's been here for so long and there's a good reason for that. The food is always well cooked and served fast and fresh, it's easy to love a chip shop when they get the basics right. There's no need to be fancy or flashy, doing the basics to the best of your ability breeds loyalty, which this shop has always had. I hope it remains in business for many many years to come.

The staffs attitude was unpleasant to deal with 3 people shouting at once to rectify the order met with disreguard and excuses that they prepared it right , wouldn't have been sent back if it was ! For the complaint in hand . Simple refund or fresh food presented correctly would've been a ressolution which theyve kept in the shop . Just eat themselves will refund , supposidly! No way to deal with custom can't say I'd order from here again !

I placed an order for three people on Saturday November 7th 2020, collected it, and found when I returned home that part of the order was incorrect, receiving a full Doner Kebab meal instead of a burger meal. No idea how that happened but my receipt confirmed what they had given me so I had ‘no leg to stand on’.My adult daughter went back and explained the situation. They were totally good about it, gave her the new order plus two free bottles of Irn Bru, whereas they could have told her it was our fault. I was very impressed. Most importantly to me, the food is 10/10. Their beef burgers are not only homemade but they actually taste like they are homemade. Well done Milanos.

3 Carlisle Rd, AirdrieBp garage is 24 hours which is really handy. Price of petrol is not bad but cheaper to go to Morrisons if filling up. They do have a collectors card where you can save up points and redeem it against items or money of vouchers. Does take a while to collect enough for anything decent though. Best thing about garage is cafe. Good selection of sandwiches and snacks as well as plenty of hot and cold drinks available. Prices in the shop are good and lots of choice.

I needed help with my tyres as I couldn't put air in them she came out and done it for me then asked if I needed help with anything else. Good selection of sandwiches , hot items and cakes. Always fresh and have a good selection and unless you go really late on they have a good supply of most items. Big problem is how long you have to wait at lunchtimes. Expect to join a big line of people, mostly school kids if fancy anything at lunchtime. Staff are nice and helpful and their white iced donuts are great.
