Pizza Hut Delivery

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect order and phoned to ask for the order to be changed. I spoke to a lovely guy called Imran, who said that he would change my order no problem. Great customer service.

I put in the totally wrong order over the phone, and it was really confusing because I had ordered 4 of a really similar pizza and I needed a vegan cheese on an extra one of them. Even though I am an actually nightmare communicator Fiza who I spoke to was SO patient, SO nice and SO lovely and my order was totally right! Delicious food as always. Service wise, we ordered food for collection. The website said it'd be a certain time but as I drove, it said ready to collect (about 15 minutes earlier). This was fine with me as I had planned on arriving early and waiting, but when I did get there, I was told it's not ready yet, so that was a bit weird.
