What a shame, this place used to be so good and now I feel so disappointed with the standard of the dishes. Bland and uninspiring. So sad when we were all so excited to come back after 6 months
We've visited The Chequers many times for a meal. It has never disappointed us.<br>Delicious freshly cooked meals all with excellent service.<br><br>I thoroughly recommend this beautiful country pub for lunch or dinner.
