Piccolino Ilkley

I hadn't been to Piccolino's for some time so I thought it I would treat my better half to a meal at Piccolino's. The service was fantastic, I can't fault out server but the food was very average, definitely not value for money. The Arancini was amazing, the only part of the meal I can recommend but the Spaghetti Carbonara just tasted off, the pork was cut really thin and you could tell it had been cooked in oil rather than cooked in it's own rendered...read full review

Good food eventually when it was served.<br>Drinks very expensive, prosecco @ £40 & wine @ £30 a bottle rather steep! Service very slow, but, not the staff's fault, they did their best, couple of them kept apologising, bless them. The management need to look into staff shortage & issues!

First visit as we were in the area overnight. We had Margherita pizza, garlic bread with tomato and basil, fries with truffle and Parmigiano, and honey dip. All absolutely delicious.<br>Decor in the restaurant is really elegant and clean and tidy.<br>Service was first class, Margot was our waitress and was, attentive and friendly, credit to the restaurant.<br>Will definitely call again when we are in the area to try some more dishes.
