Prezzo Haverhill

We popped in to Prezzo as it was en route and convenient but without high hopes of the chain.<br><br>What we got was a really pleasant surprise, my pizza and my wife calzone were served piping hot, full of flavour and just very good. Service was excellent with a smiling Isabel, all very good.<br><br>With the chef and staff they have right now I can only recommend the experience only marked it down as they were very quiet (3pm) so bit of a lack of atmosphere.

Arrived at 6:20, after waiting a long while to be seated with a LOT of free tables, it took an absolute age for 1 starter to be brought out, and then it came out cold in the middle and needed to be redone. The mains were OK.<br><br>These low scores are based on a very slow service, not hugely knowledge on the food they were to soon be serving and the only starter being brought out cold.

Absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and plent of it (had to take home roughly half of our meal). The service was excellent.<br><br>We had the calamari and stretched garlic bread to start, and the calamari was the best we had tasted for a very long time. The garlic bread was also lovely.<br><br>For our main we had the tuna pizza and the chicken alfrado pasta.
