Had lunch with a friend today and it was just perfect. The restaurant itself is lovely and a high standard of decoration. The food is high quality with excellent choice and the menu is clear for dietary requirements. It was the service that really impressed me though. I was pleasantly surprised by this chain company. Calamari was delicious and all food was cooked really well. Server was a bit non existent but no major issue. Polite when we spoke to him.Would recommend

Visited on a Sunday Bank Holiday Weekend - wasn't busy and was seated straight away. Staff were friendly and attentive.Haven't been to Prezzo's for a while but whilst visiting Leeds White Rose Shopping decided to stop here for lunch.
