AKA SUSHI Manchester

Initially, I was skeptical about this small establishment from a distance. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and the prices were appropriate for the portion sizes. The fresh salmon was particularly noteworthy, contributing to a great overall experience.

So happy I got the salmon bento. Every section of the box had an exquisite flavour and the rice was cooked to perfection. I would never have ordered the deep fried chicken which was in the box but it was amazing. I would like to see the option to substitute it with deep fried prawns or squid in future to make it a fully pescatarian dish. The black pepper tuna rolls were beautifully fresh too. We got 10 pcs for £15. Very filling! The bento was sufficient as one dish without sides.

Have been in a couple times, the food was nice & staff is courteous & friendly. Unfortunately the Sushi chef has put me right off from visiting again becos he was constantly coughing whilst preparing the sushi dishes. He did not wear a mask nor cover his mouth so he was coughing into the food which is very disgusting indeed.
