Well, it's a nice place but I'd expect more. We booked our dinner for 18:30 but in fact there was the only session for everyone started at 19:30 so for us it meant we spent 1 hour just waiting and having our aperitif. Just fantastic. salt currently only offers a chef's table experience. You begin downstairs with a drink and some light snacks, then proceed upstairs to a ten-seat table where you'll watch and talk with the chef whilst the tasting menu is prepared and served. This is a three-and-a-half hour dining experience - go in expecting that.<br><br>Delicious food, charming & attentive service, an absolute gem. The wine pairing was excellent too.
