The roghan josh sauce was oily but the flavours were really nice, lamb was overcooked. Saag paneer was okay. Again oily, but the seasoning was great. The chicken pakoras were a really low point sadly. Dry overcooked chicken in soggy undercooked and under seasoned batter, no flavour at all. Just pretty average. Nothing stood out. It was just, okay. Absolutely amazing tandoori restaurant. Ali and the staff were attentive and professional.. the food was excellent. Couldn't recommend enough . Hopefully opening soon in southbourne... 10 stars not 5
