The Yard Appledore

We ate here for the first time in a few months this evening, having been excited regulars since the old pub converted a few years back. Sadly the quality of food has slipped considerably since our last visit and the menu is now a confused mix of side plates that don’t work well together.<br><br>A lot of our former favourites no longer feature on the menu (soft shell crab mac and cheese, cod snowballs and the beef fillet) and much of the food seemed to be pre prepared...read full review

Lovely food, Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. All the food is so tasty. Menu changes each time and always lots of fish beautifully cook. Some of the portions are quite large, pasta and fries are almost a main meal portion.
