Food is always bang on, my go to place for a curry and will continue to use, it's just the time it takes for delivery. Delicious. Ordered on Shapla website but rang later to say how much I had enjoyed my meal. It was delicious, the best Dansak I've had for a long time. Portion size is very good, was ready to collect within 15mins and was piping hot. We even received some freebies, much appreciated.

The food is actually really nice and I really enjoy the food from here. Unfortunately, it is severely let down by poor poor poor customer service! Items are missing from the order, and when we tried to resolve it over the phone, the person on the phone was very rude and clearly reluctant to get the driver to deliver the missing items!
