Coriander

The real Coriander in Albert Rd did not make it through the pandemic, it has been closed for years but was a great Indian restaurant. The online CorianderSouthsea is not the same place.

It's unclear from the website whether this restaurant is open tonight or not: and the voicemail greeting - which I think has something to say about opening - is completely muffled and inaudible. Please clarify online and re-record the phone greeting message so (potential) customers understand what is happening !

Coriander has quickly become our favourite curry house on Albert Road. We have been there many times this year and have never had a bad curry. The food is always delicious. We’ve enjoyed Jeera Kata Garlic Chicken, Jalfrezi, Lamb Handi Gosht and Makhani Chicken as well as others I can’t remember! The service is friendly and BYOB is a bonus with a co-op just across the road. Perfect for a couple or with friends!
