Lovely, friendly staff and a nice, clean, colourful place. Liked the movie posters and throwback wall art. Decent drinks menu but felt a bit let down by the food. Chicken Kebab looked good but was pretty bland. Chicken burger was dry, with tiny bit of lettuce, no mayo or anything. Fries seemed to be microwavable ones rather than good fresh pub ones which was a shame. Too hard and devoid of flavour. Not terrible food, just average which isn't what we'd hoped for. Oxford's most underrated pub - great food, drinks, and service for a reasonable price. Plus, a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. One of the best 'all rounder' pubs in the city centre, for sure.

The food was excellent and arrived in good time. All special requests for the food were carried out without any problems. Quiet and cosy place, plenty of seating and friendly, helpful staff.
