The Lyme Bay

On a damp and gloomy Monday, we walked into a bright and friendly venue. We were welcomed with a warm smile and great service, followed by delicious food and coffee. The burger was perfect, so tasty. Superb!

Food at the Lyme Bay is great, nice place to sit and eat and they have recently added a large covered area on the patio out the back with sea views which is very nice to sit under.<br><br>Service was a bit slow when we visited but this may have been a bit of an off day as they were quite busy.

Seated a walk in table for 5 on a Sunday so we were lucky to get a table. Staff were friendly and we were served quickly. Menu looked good we all ordered food for lunch. Couldn't fault the quality of the food however some of portions sizes need to be reviewed. Ordered the haddock burger of the specials £16 and someone else ordered the fish finger sandwich £13.
