Red Lion

It is a bustling/lively pub with friendly staff and a range of beers, from typical lagers to a couple of guest ales. Located on a busy junction on the outskirts of Lowton, it has a beer garden to one side and free car parking to the other. It does serve food, and there are dining areas away from the bar area, but I have not eaten here. It has sport on TVs dotted around the bar area and outside in the garden, while you can also play pool or darts here too.

Great pub, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Brilliant atmosphere when big sports games are on. Plenty tv’s all around the pub so anywhere you sit you’ll be able to see one. Massive beer garden which also has a tv and a bouncy castle and a kids play area for the little ones.

Nice pub, decent beer selection with a cask ale for the old man. Lots of teles for watching sport and good outdoor area, so got to enjoy the sunshine. Didn’t have the food but what came out looked good, decent portion sizes for the price. Also looks like they do lots of live entertainment in the evenings.
