We only went for Sunday lunch. Initially disappointed as one of the two advertised roasts was unavailable. Fortunately they had an alternative in the form of turkey which was OK. The beef ribs were a disappointment - two large bones with a very small amount of meat attached. Roast spuds were OK (probably frozen) and the veg was nice, as was the small boat of gravy. Had a lovely meal here this week. It was a good size meal of sausage and mash with gravy. It was a Monday and after 2pm. The pub was not overly busy and there was plenty of seating to sit and eat, the staff were helpful and pleasant. A large pub with a garden.<br><br>Parking: The pub had its own car park.<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: There was a wheelchair user in the pub.

We had a family farewell meal here on Monday evening for 15 people. Hannah served us and she was polite friendly and very helpful. She was wonderful, really made our experience special.
