It's a lovely clean chip shop, the guys who cook the food are lovely, but the girl on the till isn't as friendly and her English is very poor! We are predominantly a white estate, so why have someone who doesn't know the language on the main part of the shop? If in Belgrave then yes, great
Ordered through JUST EAT, photographer had uploaded pictures before approval, menu showing pie and chips is pie only, rang and spoke to shop itself. Boss explained error and and apologies and delivered chips personally, now that's customer service for you. Many thanks blue ocean chippy staff.
All i want to say you guys keep it up you are the best in leicester and best fish and chips moreover staff always have smile on their face last but not the least , you cant beat the portion of food they provide Thanks see you soon
