Jade Unicorn

Whilst filling up my car with diesel over the road at Shell garage, I could smell the delicious food being cooked. It persuaded me to order takeout. I ordered, prawn curry, beef curry, mixed starter, 2 x seaweed and chips. The curry was spicier than Cherry Tree which I liked, but the curry was not as a thick. The seaweed was on the side of being overdone. The service was fast. Very cold in the waiting area and very noisy, lots of shouting from the back kitchen.

I've ordered from Jade Unicorn for the first time earlier this month and I enjoyed both the humour of the sales person and the food. I particularly liked the chicken balls, big and juicy!For under £6 a main this place provides value for taste :)Unfortunately there is no step free access to the premises and parking should be done at Shell across the road. Fried pork dumplings with chinese vinegar always perfect 5 to a portion for £4. Salt and pepper chicken bites huge portion for just £5. Beef fried noodles perfectly seasoned and no veg as requested. Beef in black pepper sauce well seasoned and balanced really nice cut of beef used for both beef dishes. Very happy thank you!
