So this place has definitely gotten better, the food is amazing despite the bad reviews I thought I would give it a go and wooooooooooow I think its under new management from what i was told

Placed an order through their website, paid delivery fee and tip, after more than 30 minutes waiting past delivery time we tried to call them up to 15 different times. End up coming to the restaurant, they told us the order didn't go through their systems, the telephone does not work, the manager is absent (they don't know where he is or when would be back), don't know how to process refunds.
