Unplug + Play

I wanted to share this review for the management to see where things can improve. Honestly, we had a great time. Popped in as a random thought with friends and played for an hour and a bit. Staff were super friendly, it was very busy as a Saturday night but they were accommodating, despite us not booking ahead. Drinks were great, we were well attended to. Packed with families over Easter, condensation, ? water running down walls and windows, black mould on the walls, lack of ventilation.Black mould poses a health hazard for young children.--- update ---I am pleased to learn lack of ventilation is being addressed, as without, even if removed, black mould will return.To reiterate, black mould is not good for the health of young children.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.

Staff always knowledgeable and friendly, helped out with rules on an unfamiliar game which we thoroughly enjoyed. Plenty of room for guide dog to hide away and get some peace, good selection of drinks and snacks and the range of board games on offer is fantastic
