Food here is top quality, with really friendly staff who out of their way to make the occasion special. We went on a Saturday evening and had the swordfish, chicken pie and the faggots. We all said how amazing the food was. You will need to reserve a table as it is always full and as the restaurant is only small they have limited space. Would highly recommend.
Lunch. AMAZING Gammon served at restaurant level. Delicious!!! Chicken burger devoured. Fish and chips really tasty. Will return for the Pork belly! Huge menu. Large portions. No room for desserts!
Turned up after a country walk without booking a table for two (12.30 pm). Table available, very pleasant staff, food great would definitely recommend, but to be sure of a table I would book as it soon filled up.<br><br>Kid-friendliness: Play area at the back.
