This is a good pub with a relaxed atmosphere. I can’t comment on the food as we only stopped for drinks; however, I could have comfortably sat there all afternoon. There’s a kind of dimness to the place and it’s full of knick knacks but it all adds to the ambience. It is a little on the small side so seating can sometimes be hard to find; however, I’m sure to be back.
Had a work Christmas meal at The Cricketers for 50 people. In the courtyard area, which was made to look very festive. Very good food and great service. Thanks so much to you all, you did a great job.
We were a group of 27 all having the Christmas menu. The food was served hot and prompt, the service was fab, the atmosphere was fantastic. We were all treated really nicely and everyone was happy - thank you so much for making our evening special.
