Absolutely brilliant, it’s January so it wasn’t overly busy however… The staff were amazing, the passion and knowledge of our server was second to none. Making a great experience exceptional. I know my wine but these guys live and breathe the stuff. Even though quite ish the atmosphere is exactly what’s needed for an intimate date night, although as a group they have the space. The food was of the highest quality with unexpected extras, always nice. I can’t wait to return.

This place is really special - you have a selection of many unique cheeses and meats, allowing you to create your own charcuterie experience. The staff were so knowledgeable about the cheeses and the meats, especially accommodating with the latter given one of the party didn't eat pork. We had an amazing time , the food was excellent, and most of all such a great selection of fine wines , James knew everything about the wine and what we said we liked , he has so much knowledge, we will definitely return, the place was buzzing with a great atmosphere, Southbourne is such a lovely place to go
