I didn't try the food but the restaurant area seemed very popular. The staff are very friendly and the karaoke was a good laugh. Prices are ok for a city centre pub and it's worth a visit. There is a disabled access toilet on the ground floor and further toilets upstairs.
Shadow of itself now sadly. Very quiet for a Friday evening barely a dozen people in here. Some of the beer pumps weren't working a bit of a smell of bleach upstairs ? will not ne rushing back ??
Went to a 60th party in the Shakespear on Saturday . Considering it's in a prime location The price for Venue and food was not too expensive. The upstairs room were the party was held was spotlessly clean . The Staff were very polite and attentive and the food was fabulous . I would recommend anyone who wants a party in Liverpool to have it there .
