Staff werent friendly. They didnt look very happy at all. Didnt have vanilla soft serve or the gelato. The server who came to give the desserts, just put the plates at end of table and walked off without saying anything. The cutlery was dirty. Asked for soft serve ice cream with the desserts but got whipped cream instead. Didnt taste as nice as it usually does. Toilets were filthy.<br>The establishment has gone very much downhill.
