I come here regularly. They used to have some good vegetarian food options, but they took them out of menu. Only downside to this place is freezing cold ladies toilets. It seems to be same temperature as outside (or even worse) and there's no hot water in taps, which makes it even worse. Stopped for drinks after going to Gagshaw Museum. Unfortunately, there was a 45 minute wait for food, so did not bother. The pub was large and good atmosphere. Outside, there is a large seating area.

Small portions compared to other locations. Nobody seemed happy which I thought was just me having lived in Canada 10 years but the staff at the spoons and farmhouse inns we visited whilst over were all pleasant.<br><br>Good selection of beers, pool table and dart boards.<br><br>I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again but if I lived nearby I'd go again.
