Côte Brighton

We usually love Cote in Brighton and are regular guests.…however today the restaurant felt really cold!! Yes, it was a cold day, but for a restaurant to feel cold isn’t acceptable!?it should feel warm and welcom8ng. The food was up to its usual good standard and the staff efficient and friendly,,,but…we ended up wearing our coats …looking around we observed that most customers did likewise!? It did rather spoil an otherwise good lunch! Maire

First thing to say and I think most important is how friendly and great the staff were. They really did do there very best. Sadly I was a disappointed with how under staffed it was. We had to wait a long time for our main course which can barely tepid. The food was delicious just not hot. More staff and required at this branch. Would recommend the restaurant as a place to eat but hope they are able to get more ataff in the new year.

We love Coté, it’s our favourite restaurant and we particularly love Coté Brighton. Today we ordered the magnificent Coté de Bouef which comes with Hollandaise, frites and two additional sides, we had creamed spinach and a tomato and onion salad. We’ve had this meal before at Coté and it is absolutely delicious!! No exaggeration, the beef is cooked to perfection and all the sides are just so tasty.
