The perfect Sunday lunch, in a quality, proper local. Lots of tender tasy meat accompanied by a great selection of hot, well cooked vegetables. All the waiting staff were attentive, unobtrusive, and friendly. We were left to chat and relax between courses, as requested, so the pudding of blackberry and apple crumble was delicious. Wow we just had the best Sunday lunch we have had in a long long time...... there were 5 of us. Food took ages today, so dont go if you're starving like us, as it took 75 mins to arrive. Food was mostly good but needed more seasoning, and childrens portions were for age 5, not age 10! Sunday pork was cooked perfectly! Heard that the nut roast was good, so I will have that next time.
