I went yesterday for a Christmas meal with Fisherton History Society. From the moment we all arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly which added to a brilliant atmosphere for the entire evening. The food was delicious and the service second to none. I have lots of dietary requirements but they were brilliantly adhered to in all 3 courses which must have been difficult for them with over 20 of us there. On the plus side they took a lot of care to accommodate my disabled friend in a wheelchair. On the more negative side we thought the meal was a bit pricey and the garlic mushroom starter was cold. They did offer to replace it though. On the whole a "not bad" experience.
