This place was great two mornings - lovely staff and really great coffee.<br>However this afternoon they turned 3 customers away at 3.50pm (official hours till 4) because they couldn’t be bothered to serve!

Visited for coffee with friends, but unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. The drinks initially brought to us were incorrect, and the music was a bit too loud, making it difficult to chat. My friend ordered a filter coffee, which came with free refills, but the way the waiter handled the mug—placing his thumb inside and later on the rim—felt a bit unhygienic. While the atmosphere has potential, some attention to these details would improve the overall experience."

Overall, a ‘meh’ visit. Sausage roll was good and reasonably priced. Caramel iced latte was vile, way too much syrup in so asked for another plain iced latte to be made which they said they’d happily do. Staff were nice enough, but so slow! Took a while to get my first iced latte, and then when I asked for the new one to be made, another 15 minute wait! Far nicer places on the bail for a good coffee and snack.
