This is the first time that we have been to il mulino; and it certainly will not be the last.<br><br>We arrived around 10 minutes early and the place was about 1/4 occupied. Within the hour, every table was in use. The waiting staff were fabulous. I loved the pizza here.<br><br>Light and fluffy but it had the flavour and crisp of a really good deep pan pizza.<br><br>The toppings were quality and everything was well balanced.<br><br>There are soooo many good offerings on the menu to come back for.

Brilliant restaurant for those who are gluten free, with all pizzas and pastas available as gf options. Other dishes on the menu appear gf too. Had an enormous pizza with half and half topping, which demonstrated the willingness to accommodate the customers preferences. We were a party of six and the staff were friendly and really efficient.
