Bistro on the Square, Campden

Great meal, feel portions should be larger for the cost but after 3 courses I was full. Ordered a cocktail which didn’t turn up and our sparking wine arrived with our mains which was also different to the one we ordered, good experience but room for improvement

Rushed !We had a table of four booked at 8 on a Saturday evening for a 50th birthday.First impressions of the hotel and bar area looked a little past its best and lacking in atmosphere. What a shame. The food was excellent when it arrived... 1 hr 15 after we sat down. Drinks were slow as well, and generally the staff were chaotic. And that was with only two other tables occupied. Could be great if they got their act together.
