Waterloo Cross

Having booked a room for a few days I arrived to a very pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff.<br>They were polite and accommodating to my every need.<br>The food was of exceptional quality and prices were relatively good.<br>A highly recommended place to stop overnight or if passing on your travels.

Stopped over last night in the carpark in my mini campervan. I'm a lone female but I felt completely at ease.<br><br>The staff were so welcoming and friendly (remember to check in your vehicle in the pub). The pub has a lovely atmosphere and decor. I had a tasty breakfast this morning that was good value, it has set me up for my onward journey. Staff were friendly and helpful, had a great table reserved for us. The food was delicious with a great choice on the menu. Extremely reasonable pricing for 5 of us, 6 meals, 9 drinks, 4 puddings £100 which is brilliant and we will be back! Luckily for us this is very local and a great place to come for a treat
