Had a surf and turf at the Norman and my husband had the mixed grill. I asked for mine medium not expecting it to be right, but they must have a new chef since the last time we were here as the steak was perfectly cooked! It’s not often you actually get what you ask for when it comes to steak but our compliments to the chef. I’m not sure what the names are of the staff but they are all really friendly and very approachable. The bar man is extra lovely, chatting, friendly and very helpful. He always makes us feel welcome.<br>I love this place it’s really inviting.
